the
other day I used my Mobile Wallet (this mobile banking app installed on a
mobile phone connected to one’s bank account.) to send money to my friend whose
account is held in another bank. Mobile Wallet generated an e-receipt which I
shared with my friend as evidence that I had sent the money to her account.
He sent us his word which is filled with numerous scriptures of assurance that he gave us all we need. He goes on to give us more assurance that he cannot LIE! (Numbers 23:19 and Isaiah 55:10-13). God has given us ALL we need, even way before we were formed in our mother wombs (Psalm 139:16).
Back to my transaction, the e- receipt I forwarded my friend as evidence that I had sent the money to her relates to God’s word to us – the Bible. It’s the evidence of what he sent/promised us! Saints, just believe, it’s a matter of time when this ‘money’ will hit your account.
She
replied, “Thanks let me wait for the manifestation (physical proof/appearance)
of the money on my account”. My reply to her was for all I knew, the money had
already left my account and my balance was less what I had sent to
her. Now the money could take days to hit my friends account but this
delay won’t be my (the sender’s) fault at all. Immediately, my
spirit connected this to God and his promises to us.
This
is exactly how it is with God, he has given us all we need/want according to
his riches in glory (his riches include everything from ministry, to divine
health, to wealth, to wisdom, to gifts of the spirit). 2 Peter 1:3 “As
His divine power has given to us ALL things
that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him
who called us by glory and virtue.”
